How about RealVNC? The latest version works as long as the Winsock 2.0
update was installed. If that is not possible, you can try the older VNC
3.3.7.

Subject: [THIN] OT: Remote Control Win 95 PC via modem

I have a PC I need to be able to remote control over a simple dialup
connection. Unfortunately it's Win 95 (original release). There
doesn't appear to be a Remote Access Service in plain Win 95.
Upgrading the PC isn't an option. We tried PCAnywhere 11 but it's not
Win 95 compatible. So I need a cheap (free) modern tool that I can
accomplish this with. Suggestions welcome.
