I wasn't directly involved but my Web manager was very enthusiastic about
the degree and granularity of control that could be achieved and the ease
with which custom rules could be scripted. Blacklist viewing is much better.
The reporting functionality is much more powerful and flexible and there's
no annual license fee, only support.

We recently migrated from Surfcontrol to WebMarshall. Far superior product
and much cheaper.

Hey there everyone, I was hoping to get some opinions on this. Right now I
am using Websweeper from Clearswift to be our proxy server. Clearswift is
having their users move to the new version of their software called
Mimesweeper for web. I have this running in a test environment but I am not
happy with what I am seeing so far. I am curious, is there anyone out there
using this new version? I would like to hear their thoughts and
impressions. As well, I am wondering what other products everyone is using.
I am looking for a product that will allow me to block out certain sites
based on content and also allow me to track individual users usage so that
management can get reports when they need to.
