[THIN] OT: NT 4 domain across wan

I am trying to create a connection across a wan for our domain. the main
datacenter is 10.10.1.x and the new datacenter is 10.10.99.x. I created a
BDC/WINs server at the new datacenter with a 10.10.99.x address. But when
WINs tries to replicate from the WINs servers across the wan the even viewer
show an error, "Connection was aborted by the remote WINS."
This is a new area for me and need to get this working. ITs an NT4.0
domain. (i know. go to 2000, but thats not my decision) ANyone got any
ideas on what I am missing here?
