[THIN] OT: MSN Messenger locks up after sign-in on Windows 2000

This is off-topic but I would like to know if anyone else has noticed
this issue? It seems to happen ONLY on Windows 2000 computers, and is
affecting my Citrix servers most.
MSN Messenger will open without problems, however after you sign-in, it
will freeze up within 20 seconds. Listed as Not Responding.
I've had 3 2000 Pro users affected by this issue on the same day (the
13th). They were able to uninstall Messenger, reboot, install and
everything works fine now.
However, on my Win 2000 Server Citrix (MF XPa) Servers, I've
re-installed many times, but can not get it to work consistently.
Anyone else come across this issue in the last week?
