Have you updated the bios to ensure that the DL360 is at the HP stated 2003
compliancy ?

Although you can get the Bios information from the drivers page
Original Dl360 2003 compliant bios is :

We have a number of older servers that have been upgraded recently.
The SmartStart 5.5 cd is still useful ;¬)
Plus we use the Boot partition to set the OS to be Windows 2000 as 2003 isnt
an option.
