[THIN] OT - Help Exchange 2000

Guys Sorry for the off topic post.. however I am having a problem with
exchange 2k , my mail enable public folders are not revcing mail at this
time, when I go into the exchange system manager it asked me for a
network user name and password to look at the public folders... any
ideas?
