I would guess that the X400 address for the account you are trying to send
to is screwed up.
Export the "to" mailbox to PST, delete it, and re-create it. would be my
first guess.

I connecting to exchange 5.5 via pop3 and smtp and get the following error
message sending to one email address. Using outlook or outlook express.
when it sends the email back, I get this message returned to me. and it
happens from more then one account on exchange server, so its not the
account. I can send other emails just fine but not this one. Has anyone
seen anything like this before?
