I have a company that we are hosting there email. They will connect via
pop3. Do I still have to create domain accounts on our domain for them if
they are just going to connect using pop3. If so, is there anything special
I need to do? I know normally to login via pop you have to use the user
name:

domain\alias\userid and password

Is there a way for them not to have to use all that?

Thanks for the help.
