[THIN] OT- Adobe PDF creation

Hi,
Sorry for the OT but this is wrecking my head on a Monday.
I have Adobe Standard and when I create a single PDF it creates it to
version 1.4 fine as per settings in the standard.joboptions but when I
go to file --> create PDF from multiple files the document is created to
version 1.6, which because of another project is no good I need 1.4. I
have checked all the settings I can find and they are all set to create
to version 1.4.
Has anyone come across this before.
