Good lord! That's a mean bench for that weight. And I bench with my feet ON the bench. I hurt my back a couple of months ago playing volleyball and now its the only way I can bench without straining my back. -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Brian Murphy Sent: Monday, September 08, 2003 10:20 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: Novell Integration - OT Pretty good. I did 405lbs at 217bw. Best squat is 650lbs at 217bw (below parallel). I doubt I'll ever beat my best squat...knees have been crackling for several years now. Probably destroyed the meniscus in both knees. Squat was always my best lift. Use to do half-squats with 950. You have to work up to this though because once you hit 750 it's hard to breath with that much weight on your back. -----Original Message----- From: Ron Oglesby [mailto:roglesby@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, September 05, 2003 12:34 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: [THIN] Re: Novell Integration - OT Saweet.
