[THIN] Nfuse Weirdness

I have a user that when attempting to launch an app from Nfuse is asked to
save the Boilerplate.asp file. I have looked through the archives and not
seen a definitive answer, though I saw a suggestion to re-install the web
client. Is this the best direction to go?
