[THIN] New tool: test other users environments from your session

Hi all,
This small utility will launch application of your choice with supplied
credentials, which allows testing local apps or network accessibility for
other users without logout from current session.
Compatibility: Win2K and WinXP. Works outside MetaFrame or WTS.
Does not require any special rights, i.e.logon as a service etc.
