You can see the Virtual Channel activity by using the SMC Console which is part of the MFSDK. It will be pretty easy to identify if you have a small user base. If you have 1000s of users, it may take some time. Seems we have some users on PS who sometimes decide to copy files between file servers across our WAN links. We would like to identify and then "re-educate" them however the network guys can only give me the server name as the originator of the file transfer. How do I drill down to a session or user?
