If you want to find out whats happening on this connection and the rest of =
your network it's worthwhile getting to know how to use a packet sniffer. =
Probably doesn't fall into the "easy to use" category but definitely worth =
the time.

A good place to start is http://www.ethereal.com if your looking for a =
commercial application you could try EtherPeek from http://www.wildpackets.=
com/ the best of the bunch imho.

I have a problem with a computer on my network, i have swapped leads, hubs
NIC etc, but still the same problem, network hangs now and again, slow
access speed etc.

I want to monitor the tcp/ip traffic over this port to see if packets are
being dropped etc, how many errors also.

Does anyone know of a good easy to use software app to do this?

Thanks.
