Hi all, BTW - Thank you to everyone who responded to the last question! Neoware C50, with neolinux v3, ica v8.xx. Connect to published desktop and open word. Resize the window so that it fits on the screen so that it is easy to move or resize (there is then a delay, approx 1 second, until window is redrawn correctly). Move the window to a new location (again there is a noticable delay, approx 1 second, until window is redrawn correctly). The neoware desktop setup is 1024x768 (75Hz) / 16bit. The average latency for all server connections is low < 25ms. On a dell d810 laptop with icav9, on exactly the same network segment, the redraws are instant. I have toggled colour depths & refresh rate on the client - no noticable impact. I have toggled colour depth on the server - no noticable impact. Q: Has anyone else had a similar problem & if so what did you do to resolve the problem? Q: In your opinion what is the most likely root cause of the issue? Q: Are there any other troubleshooting steps that should have been taken? Q: Is there anything else to try apart from upgrading the ICA client on the Neoware Thin Clients?
