I've looked on the Win2003 an nothing show about NTFS rights!

The new version of xcopy under w2k includes the permissions features of =
the
old scopy. Also robocopy is really nice if you have data you want to
replicate over time and keep in sync. We use it when we are going to =
migrate
arrays between file servers. We setup matching groups on each server and
then
mirror the data between the servers using multiple runs of robocopy.
