Thanks for this. I'm getting the user to try now. He's using a res of 1280X1024 
and 32bit colour!! On the Citrix KB 
http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry!default.jspa?categoryID=118&entryID=1741&fromSearchPage=true
 it says that this res and colour are not supported!!

Have you increased the memory for ICA graphics to the maximum of "8192"?

Perhaps the third screen has an open dialog box hidden somewhere?

I've got a client who is using multiple (3) screens on a seamless
application. He's having issues where he can only use 2 of the 3 screens!

Anyone seen this before?
