[THIN] Moving MSDE Data Store on Metaframe XP 1.0

We have two Citrix Metaframe XP 1.0 servers running on Windows 2000 in
the same farm. One of the servers is being disposed of, which just
happens to be the one running the MSDE data store. I therefore need to
get the store moved over the other server.

I have been searching for how to do this, and came across the article
http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX104941, which walks you through the
steps. However it states "It is necessary to install MSDE from the
Citrix Presentation Server CD-ROM, in the folder
\Support\MSDE\setupmsdeforMetaFrame.cmd.". The Metaframe XP CD I have
doesn't contain this folder, or any folder or file that seems to relate
to MSDE.

Any idea on how I can get MSDE installed on the second server correctly
to run the data store?

Thanks,
Steve
