[THIN] Move server to new farm

Hi all,
I have a Win2k server, MF XP FR3 that I would like to move to a brand
new PS 4.5.
Should I just do a chfarm (assuming MF XP can co-exist with PS 4.5) or
should I uninstall MF XP and install PS 4.5?
