[THIN] Missing TS License service

Here's a strange one. Yesterday, I posted about a crypto error. I figured
something hosed my machine so I restored from an image I took two days
before the problem occurred. Problem still exists. I run the TS License
mgr and it can't find any TS license servers. I', trying to re-add it
back.
Anyone know what would cause the license servers to: a) not start or b)
just disappear?
