This is an issue that keeps coming up on this forum...

Create a regfile containing the following:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Photo Editor\3.0\Microsoft Photo =
Editor]
"InitialPosition"=3D" 30,  30,  799,  571, "
-----

Get the user to run it (with Photo Editor not running).

I have a problem when try to open a jpg or jpeg file, double click on =

but M.Photoeditor remains lock and not shows anything.
