[THIN] Macintosh Printing on PS 4

Howdy all,
I recently added a single PS4 server on 2K3 to my single XP server
farm, moved database and applications to the PS4 server, and pretty much
turned the old XP server off.
I now have printing issues for the Macintosh clients.
They are able to print, but if they want to do multiple copies of a
print job, only the first copy comes out.
I have tested this from 2 different mac clients printing to 2 different
printers.
They both map to the HP Color LaserJet PS (MetaFrame PS Universal
Diver).
Any good starting points to get this resolved?
It looks like Win Clients print multiple copies with out any problems.
BTW is there a setting that will only allow the published app to run?
Once or twice, I closed the app that is published and was given the
Server desktop instead of the connection closing. I tried to replicate
it, but could not reproduce the same results. I do know that some users
have seen the desktop as well.
