Agreed, Compaq's stance will be after a hotfix or Service pack, that you reinstall the Compaq Drivers. I have had great stability running the drivers from the 5.50 Support PAq on my Windows 2000 SP3 systems, and not seen a hit. Also, if you have NC31X series NIC's on your Windows 2000 Servers, it behooves you to run Support PAQ 5.50 to fix a transmit underrun problem they had in teh 5.41.17 driver. The 6.1.3.0 driver which is included in Support Paq 5.50 works a charm. EZ -----Original Message----- From: Turman, David C. I had a smattering of people that said they had, but not many. I even talked to MicroSoft and they had no idea what I was talking about. So, I decided I had smoked some bad crack the day I saw this and was going to go ahead and upgrade my Citrix boxes. Well, yesterday a colleague of mine in another location said that MicroSoft fessed up Seems they modified the way the SCSI drivers are used. So, if you have Compaq servers and see a performance hit, you need to update to the latest Compaq SCSI and RAID drivers. *************************************************************************** This Week's Sponsor: New Wyse(R) Expedian(TM)software maximizes your server capacity--cost-effectively.
