[THIN] MS Hotfix for XP FR-2

I'm planning to install MF XP FR-2 on a Win2k Serve (SP3). I understand
there is a problem with doing this.
I found the Citrix Article, CTX015294 that points to obtaining MS patch
described in Q304229.
Has anyone applied this patch? Does it work?
