[THIN] MS 04-011 patch issues with TS and GPOs??

Has anyone had any strange side effects from installing the MS 04-011 patch?
Some strange things started happening on my network right after it was
installed, and I'm just wondering if there was any connection. I'm on hold
waiting for PSS right now...
