[THIN] MPS 3.0 issues with users seeing each others sessions

I've got a weird one for you all.

Has anyone encountered occurrences where users working in an MPS 3.0
farm will suddenly see other users sessions and have them overlapping.

For example a user would be working in Word and suddenly the mouse would
start moving by itself and click on dialogue boxes which aren't there
(sometimes they will shut the users session down). Almost like a user is
shadowing another users session.

Were positive that there are no issues here with un-authorised shadowing
as security is pretty tight in this site.

It happens on all of their MPS 3.0 servers (they use a common build
method so all servers are identical)

Interestingly enough they were originally a MPS XP 1.0 FR3/SP3 farm
before the upgrade and they never had this issue.

I'm stumped...
