You may be able to access the CMC using the local admin account on the
server. You can also try the slimjim util:

Apparently I've learned this one the hard way. I have a Windows 2K adv
server with Metaframe XP. This server was part of the domain before the
powers that be decided the domain name had to be changed. I moved the
server
to a workgroup then back in to the newly formed and named domain. Now I
cannot get into the Management Console. States that I do not have
access.
Anyone know how to fix this?
