[THIN] Re: MDI CHild window moves, even though set at full sc reen

By using the 0x800 entry, the drift appeared to stop, but that is not the
case....

Am I the only one who has this issue? I am seeing it in several
applications, VB apps., .NET apps., etc.

If I restore the parent window and then maximize, the child window is again
maximized, if I do the same with the child window, it is again maximized.
This is a real pain though. At times, I can actually see it moving, if
switch between open apps. On the client and such.

Appears, after some testing, that I can get the screen drift to stop, using
item 13, Registry entry SeamlessFlags=0X4000(Dword). Only problem, is that
the screen is now going full screen, covering the start menu when open
maximized.

We have a couple apps., that open a MDI parent window, with MDI child
windows within.

We open them as published apps., seamless.

The Child window within, begins to "drift", typically to the lower right of
the parent window. It appears as having a title bar, yet the
min/restore/close of the child mdi remain integrated in the paternt window.
You can not move the child window by clicking on the title bar and dragging
(as it is in full screen), and must click the integrated child MDI restore
button, which puts the window in true restore mode with full control to move
the window, THEN click the maximize button of the child MDI. This will hold
for a short while and then slowly "drift/slide/move" to the lower right of
the parent window. This ONLY happens in the published app.

Of course, the developer is of little help, as it is "a Citrix problem".

Metaframe MPS 3.0.
WIN2K server SP4
Clients are various, mainly PNA 8.1.

Thanks in advance.

Chad
