Ron, I have this situation if my servers are running for 2 weeks straight without reboot. You should find a Event ID 1000 saying that there were no enough resources to load your profile. It has nothing to do with the configured registry size cause I changed it from default to some 100 meg and I still have to reboot every 2 weeks. Try to reboot the server and if it's gone that's it. If the problem still there after reboot, it's gotta be smth else.
