[THIN] Logon Issues

I have a customer who is having random issues with Citrix taking a long
time to log on, unfortunaly it is a random thing, and is not just
happening to one person, They are running some logon scripts and is it
possible that they have a bad mapped drive or something?
They are running a W2k3 Server with Metaframe XP 1.0 service Pack 3.
Any help would be much appreciated.
