[THIN] Local printer problem

Citrix XP SP/FR 3
Windows 2000 SP3
I am only having this problem on 1 of my 3 citrix servers.
Local printers are being created. When I try to go though the printer add
wizard (for testing purposes) and try to add a local printer it freezes the
session after I click on the first next button (the auto detect is
unchecked)
Also if I open the printers and faxes from the start menu > file > server
properties and try to click on the ports tab. It freezes the session.
In both these cases I have to stop and restart the spooler service.
Any ideas?
