[THIN] License issue

Hi All,

after the connection lost with License server for 14 secs in citrix 
presentation server 4.0, users are not able to connect to that server even 
after restorng the connection. 
In the event viewer, i found event ids 26, 9016 and 9027 events. 
Once i reboot the servers, users are able to connect.

can any one help to troubleshoot this issue.
