I think you misunderstood Greg. The Windows 2003 license server can
run in a Windows 2000 domain, but the server that hands out licenses
for a Windows 2003 terminal server client must still be a Windows 2003
server. The Windows 2003 license server can also hand out older
licenses to Windows 2000 terminal server clients.
