You need to add: [applicationname] UseLocalUserAndPassword=On In the .ica file, and: [WFClient] EnableSSOnThruICAFile=On In the appsrv.ini file for the user. -----Original Message----- From: Jeremy Saunders [mailto:jeremy.saunders@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, 19 November 2004 08:37 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Launch ICA files This is dependant on how you last logged in at the console. Login to the Domain at the console, and then log off again. The best thing to do before you login at the console is to select the option box which will remove the Domain option, so all users see is the Username and Password fields. Here's my issue. 2 servers so far, with an application we are planning to launch soon. Because we don't want to configure every user on every desktop with a Program Neighborhood, we are considering having users launch from a windows shortcut (*.lnk) file stored on a common server share with an ICA file stored on it. \\server\share\app.ica etc. This means the users have to enter their domain logins every time they run the app (and that is how they want it). So, the two servers both have the apps, the same installs and configs, and the app is load balanced. But if the browser grabs server 1 the log in dialog comes up with the domain in the window. If it grabs server 2, the log in leaves the server name in the bottom field. I"ve tried adding the "Domain=" line to the ICA file, but I get the same results. Any thoughts?
