Did you find the need to set up separate swap folders for these users? We ran into a problem with multiple people trying to access the same ODBC Driver, and them getting runtime errors. We set up separate csv directories for each user and then pointed the ODBC driver towards it. We seem to get this Kronos to work for about a month before it starts giving us runtime errors. Every time we reload the app, it works for about a month before we have problems again. We are running Timekeeper 3.4 SP1 Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Just install the client on the citrix servers and it went real smooth.=20 I mean if the "database" is not on the citrix servers there is no reason to dump. See this same system works with fat clients talking to the database. The server(one) is a Dell quad running Citrix, Kronos, IIS, Nfuse and is alsokeeping the data base of all the DDI's. The DDI's are set to cycle three times a day and one at a time to dump there call log data base to the Citrix server.=20 At my first Kronos meeting I had some questions for the project manager. 1: Can the data base be moved to a file server? 2: Can Kronos work on more than one server (3+ CitrixXP servers running Kronos as a load balanced published app)? 3: If Kronos can indeed work on more than one server, how do you tell the DDI's this change? Do you have Kronos setup all on one server or on many servers?=20 Can you explain how you have it setup... Please.... :-(=20 Sean Casey wrote: Yes I do please send any questions my way. -Sean ________________________________________________________________ Sean P.
