[THIN] Keyboard lock up

I have one user who is having an ongoing issue with the keyboard locking up
while she is in our system. A reset of her session clears the problem, but
it always crops bck up. During her session at some random point the
keyboard will simply stop responding. She still has mouse usage and it
works fine, just no keyboard.
She has the latest 10.15 client and we are on PS4 with W2k3 on the server
side.
She accesses through CSG/WI for a seamless app.
I am about ready to roll her back to the 9.2 client because I think I
remember there being some issues with 10.1.
Has anyone had experience with this?
