You receive the following error message: "No licenses currently available for your application. (0xE0002BE)" However, the server farm is properly licensed. Version 4.5 of the Citrix License Server is installed. *Cause* There is a permissions issue on the Citrix Streaming Service and its user account, Ctx_StreamingSvc. Group Policies are restricting some permissions on the system. When you add the user account to the Administrators group and restart the Citrix Streaming Service, you are be able to stream applications again. A Citrix Diagnostic Facility (CDF) trace of this issue shows error 1346 while RadSvc tries to open HKEY_CURRENT_USER. "Error 1346: Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or the provided impersonation level is invalid."
