This is strange. They receive what appears to be a network logon box first.
Once they provide their network userid
and password they are presented with the Web Interface logon box and they
have to logon once again. After that
they are able to get in and work normally with their applications. I thought
it may be a proxy issue, however this
client does not have a proxy.

directory.
