There is a know issue with McAfee virus on the ICA clients causing the same
symptoms, but this would only apply of all print jobs are affected....

I've got a published desktop which runs a IE browser. From the browser users
login to a java application which opens in a new window. From the IE users
can print, from the java application the user can see their printer but the
print job does not print! I can see the job goes through the local spooler
but nothing to the printer. The users are using UPD. Any ideas?
I saw a few bits on the Citrix Forums with people with the same problems but
no one had posted anything useful on the reply's.
