[THIN] Issue with Outlook XP and profile generation

We have a client that has one particular MF XP server that Outlook tends to
not behave properly sometimes. What happens is a user will log in one day
to the published app Outlook, and then get prompted to select the profile.
Now, there are no other profiles for any of these users, as they only have
one. In the drop down list, there is also only one profile to select. We
select the option "Make this profile the default profile", and this error
still occurs. Now, we have installed Office XP with a MST file that is
supposed to create the profile if one doesn't exist.
Has anyone run into the type of problem before?
