[THIN] Is it possible to disable EMF printing?

I'm chasing a problem that has emerged since we started using HP T5520
terminals on PS4 (printed pages experience corrupted lines of text randomly)
and would like to disable EMF printing to rule out the client-side
rasteriser. Is it possible to disable EMF and use the old server-side
printing system instead?
