Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes.

I completely forgot about the .prf file. If I remember correctly, at
the customer which I was upgrading to version 10.5, the users were
already familiar with creating their own profiles. I believe there was
an options menu or similar where the name of the profile could be
specified. The users stored their .prf files in the shared installation
folder. The users had been running version 9 on a Citrix server for
quite some time with different profiles for each user so I know it can
be done.

When I return to the customer sometime soon, I'll remind myself how the
users created user specific profiles and submit my findings.

I'm having a problem with the Timeslips .prf file. It seems no matter
which user logs on, they use the same profile. For instance, if jdoe
logs on and uses profile jdoe, then tdoe logs on, he's using the jdoe
profile. Is there any way for each user to use their own? This doesn't
seem to be a problem for our typical network users (non-terminal).

Yes, I have installed version 10.5

Install the Installation Folder on a shared drive and give everybody
Modify rights to the directory.

Perform a local install by running setup from the Loc_Inst folder in the
Installation Folder you created earlier. This is the install that
should be performed on the Citrix servers. Give everyone modify rights
to the local Timeslips directory on the Citrix servers as well.

The data files should also be stored on a shared drive.

There are additional steps if you are doing an upgrade.
