Adam,
I had a similar problem. Hotfix CTX102515 resolves a problem that causes
data store corruption. The text from the readme refers to the data store
only but Citrix support had me apply it to all servers presumably to prevent
corruption of the LHC. So far, it seems to be working.

What this command does is renames your original (corrupt) local host cache,
creates a new one, and re-populates it from the data store.
The corrupt version will therefore still be available for you to investigate
, but I don't offhand know of any reason why it would be regularly
corrupting.
