You are using the d:\office\setup.exe TRANSFORMS = c:\blah.mst when
installing ?
Is the version of Office English ?..I had issues with getting Spanish office
to run initially.

I did this and still the MST file wont work. Office installs fine but all
the setting from the MST are not present.

Bill, download the Office 2000 Resource Kit from Microsoft and install.
Run the Custom Installation Wizard and point it to the data1.msi file on
the Office 2000 CD.  Point the MST file to TERMSRV.MST that is part of the
Office 2000 Resource Kit.

Create your custom install as you wish

Import the MSI file to the CMC and add the Transform file.

Deploy and everyone is happy.

If you need some more details let me know.
