[THIN] IE6 SP1 Runtime Error

I'm stumped on this one...any ideas?
On an Intranet site designed for Manager feedback, I'm getting:
Error
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line:270
Error: 'document.SurveyForm.Q6N' is null or not an object
Now normally I'd just blame the web page but...this error only occurs on
Citrix. It's fine on local desktops. And it only fails on half of the
Citrix servers, even though they are ghosted and all the same.
Ideas besides bang my head on my desk?
