[THIN] IE setup...

I have Compaq Dl360 with mirrored drives... I always image our server
using one of the drives from one server letting it rebuild and then
rename the drive with the correct server name and such to make it
another server. All has been going fine until recently.. when I do
it now a user goes to log in and then the IE setup wizard pops up..
I have logged in as a test user went through the wizard and then
copied that profile into the default user profile but it has not
helped any ...
does anyone have any ideas?
