[THIN] IE process holding

Hi,,
Running XP FR3 sp4 on 2000 srv fully patched
We have been having some weird issues lately, a users launches Ie and
all of a suden the session freezes.
I can see the process holding and memory up to 40-50 Mb in task manager.
We were putting it down to old 95 pcs with a new version of the 9.x
client but I think its more server related
