[THIN] IE Enhanced Security

Anyone seen this?
I have Internet Explorer enhanced security uninstalled from a Win2k3 Terminal
Server, and when a normal user logs on... it seems to be disabled. When an Anon
user logs on, it says it is still enabled. I've verified it says the component
is not installed.
I'm stumped. I found one discussion on the Citrix forum, with no answer. :-)
