[THIN] ICA client issue My Computer stalls for long periods of time

I have observed a strange phenomena over several months time when
using the ICA Web client from my XP Pro SP2 PC at home (DSL 768 up/5MB
down). When I start a Citrix ICA desktop session and click My
computer the session hangs for literally minutes on this task. It
happens on other PC's on the same internet connection and happens with
9.2 version and 10.x version of the web client. I could chalk this up
to a poorly performing Internet connection(which I have benched at
very close to rated speeds) and the session being slow to map my local
disks and printers. However if I launch Windows Explorer vs. My
Computer it performs just fine.
