Update on this.
It seems to be related to the new client and running it as a shell.
I tried the same thing on one of our W2K boxes and it fails.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Subject: [THIN] ICA Client Update Problem on Locked Down PC

Here is the configuration:
NT4, sp6a, ICA Client 6.30, "locked down"
By locked down I mean lots of stuff disabled and the pn.exe is run
as the shell instead of explorer.exe

Here is what I try to do:
Update to client 6.31.1051

Here is the problem:
When I try to run a ICA Connection after the install I get
Cannot load the citrix ica client drivers
[error 1024: Protocol Driver name not found in module.inin]

Here is the funny thing:
If I close PN and rerun it it works fine.

Any idea what could be going on with this new client?

bye
